Hello, my name is Amanda Grahmann. I am the gifted and talented teacher at Gonzales Primary Academy, East Avenue, and Gonzales Elementary, and I love it very, very much! It is my goal to teach my students to love learning for its own sake, rather than just as a means to an end.
I graduated from Gonzales High School in 2000 and attended Texas Lutheran University. I graduated from TLU in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree (psychology major/economics minor). I received my teacher certification in 2008 from TLU. I received my G/T certification in 2010 and my ESL certification in 2014. I have also served on several committees both on the district and campus levels.
I live here in Gonzales with my husband Derek, and we enjoy spoiling all of our “babies”— three dogs (Lacee, Pearl, and Olly), two cats (Possum and Kirby), and one fish (Lewie).
I am committed to open communication, so please do not hesitate to contact me. I may be reached by phone or e-mail at:
